Demn talking to that agent felt like talking to an AI bot, just scripted replies with no real answers. But honestly, there’s not much they can do in situations like this. I used to work in customer support too, and everyone knows how it goes, you (as CS) report the issue, try to push it up, and some higher manager just tells you to shut up and keep “solving” tickets. Thanks for sharing the convo though. I've also been keeping an eye on EA channels, waiting for any official word…but clearly, since Battlefront 2 doesn’t bring in as much money as their other games, they just don’t care.
