BattleFront 2 Progression Lost

Hi,  I have been told by support to come here as I've lost pretty much all my hero's progression in battlefront 2 after not playing the game for a few years. I 100% remember having most if not all hero's to a high level and now I have nothing above level 35.

If someone could look into this id apricate it greatly.
