Fixed the problem no thanks to the people here, apparently if you turn on "Share usage data" in the EA account settings, it will give you MASSIVE network lag, so turn it off.
Another horrible laggy day on XOne.
This whole game is so broken I'm actually afraid of them pulling another Andromeda on this one. Easier to just throw it out...
return it and get your money back....don't just uninstall it.
Server lag since 1 week and no reaction by EA.......................
No belgium server, no Holland server, no French server, only German and UK server for all european.....
I agree this game is a piece of trash. They are a multimillion dollar company and cant provide some basic server stability. Mind Blowing...
The update has completely fixed this for me, smooth as butter, 120 FPS, no net lag.

maybe thats why they dont * care anymore!!!!
I seem to always find tech support people willing to help (like when someone in Russia hacked my account and started playing as me) but if they KNOW that this is such a problem why haven't them just FIXED IT?
