BattleFront 2 will not download

After being forced to update from the Origin App that gave me 0 issues in the many years of using it to the new EA app I can not get Battlefront 2 to download. Everytime i try it just says "There was a problem with your download. Give us a few minutes and try again." and never attempts to download. Any other game will download even Battlefront 1. But this game will not download no matter what i do. Of course i sent a message to EA support several days ago and surprise surprise no answer. Really wish star wars games werent locked behind this company. Anyone have any ideas? Everything I have found is old and the steps ive tried have not worked. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled EA app several times, ran as administrator, deleted temporary cache files, rebooted many times to no avail.
