And since you're playing on Xbox, do you know if your Microsoft account is in any way age-restricted? Is it a child or teen account, perhaps? 🤭
If the problem occurs when trying to redeem the code, then it's most likely connected with Xbox's system, not EA's, so contacting Xbox support could be a good idea as well.
