So I also updated Windows from 1803 to 1809 and it seemed to still not work. I have tried so many things, so if anyone has a solution, let me know.
Things that I have tried:
- Clean Booting
- Disable Origin Overlay
- Disable Discord Overlay
- Limit Frames Per Second
- Disable Windows Game Bar
- Update Video Drivers
- Running Game With Nvidia Experience
- Running As Admin
- Running In Compatibility Mode Without Admin
- Running In Compatibility Mode With Admin
- Running Origin as Admin and Game Without Admin
- Running Game as Admin and Origin Without Admin
- Running Both The Game and Origin With and Without Admin
- Driver Booster Upgrades
- Updating The Game
- Repairing The Game
- Deleting Origin Files & Re installing Origin
- Disabling DirectX12
- Enabling DirectX12
- Playing With Settings File
- Deleting Settings File
- Updating Windows From 1803 to 1809
- Deleting Origin Files In Program Data
- Running In Lowest Resolution
- Updating DirectX
- Enabling Stereo Mix
- Running CCleaner
- Downgrading Game Driver
- Updating Game Driver
When I launch the game without DX12, then it crashes, and if I load with DX12 it loads and nothing happens.
Also. I have 0 threats on my PC, so it's clean of Malware:
I still don't see this issue being fixed.

Hey there @SWVIII
Do you have Origin and Star Wars Battlefront II installed on two different drives?
- I have this same problem and both the game and the Origin app are on the same drive.

Try rolling your video card back and download the latest driver from the actual website for Nvidia and not through the GeForce Experience.
Do you have multiple monitors? If so, try unplugging them so you're down to one to see if the game loads up. - Will try out the step you have posted. I only use one monitor.
- Just tried it, but also did not work. Do you guys have contact with the developers or their department? If so, would you be able to report the issue?
