BB-9E Charge Up ability is not reducing ability recharge time

Uh, no it doesn't. The only thing that works is the cooling process it gives to blasters not the reduce ability cooldown. @Starwarsnerd9000

    No... It doesn't. Do you have a clip to show it? I also tested it out on GA, played him all day yesterday and even tested it out on offline arcade with a secondary controller and there was no CD indicator showing when I was playing as BB9E being next to the second player. @Starwarsnerd9000

    @Starwarsnerd9000 Just want to clarify this is BB9E we're talking about not BB8. BB8 being next to team mates reduces their CD with his passive with the arrow indicator but obviously not for BB9E when using charge up ability.
