Boba jetpack broken, and rocket nerf

firstly Boba's Jetpack breaks if you run out of fuel. once you run out of fuel once, when it refuels you still cannot use it. secondly his rockets and specifically his anti hero rockets have been nerfed to an unfair disadvantage. boba has very little health and literally no defensive capabilities, if he has no defense his attack should at least be reasonable, but now it is near impossible to defeat a hero as boba.
