Bossk's Dioxis Grenade not Working

Summarize your bug Bossk's dioxis grenade doesn't work about 25%-30% the time when throwing it down to heal yourself (I have the "Name Your Poison" star card equipped). He'll throw the grenade, but it won't spew out any gas. It's not a huge concern for me, but I'd be lying if I said this bug hasn't screwed me over more than once. It has occurred in both Galactic Assault and Heroes vs. Villains for me, but it happens in Galactic Assault more often. I've only come across this when throwing the grenade in close proximity to yourself. I've had no issues with it when I throw it farther away.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Galactic Assault, and throw Bossk's dioxis grenade down right next to you. It doesn't glitch 100% of the time, but I'm sure with enough tries you'll come across it.
What happens when the bug occurs? No gas comes out from Bossk's dioxis grenade.
What do you expect to see? A fix where the dioxis grenade spews gas 100% of the time when thrown down to heal yourself.
