Yet another Day 1 BUG never solved. It seems to be related to how you throw it, but I honestly don't remember where I saw this info. If I find it I'll share it here.
But I have footage of this:
You can even see the squadmates symbols on screen, and the score multiplier, something that has been removed from the game for more then a year already. If I'm not mistaken, this clip is from June or July 2018. You can see the dioxis grenade keeps hovering and spinning on the ground, but no gas nor any healing happens.
