Bug in HvV- swapping characters - Patch 2.0

Summarize your bug I play on xbox and in a game of Heroes Versus Villains on Tatooine, I was playing as Luke in the Hoth skin, and when I went into the select hero screen in the middle of the game, it did not allow me to select Luke once again, even though there was no slash and no one on my team was playing him. Instead, the "spawn as Luke in 30 seconds" indicator counted down to zero, then refreshed, then showed 30 seconds, didn't count down for 5 seconds, and then threw me into the game as a random hero. Every time I died it did the same thing with the selected hero. I have only had this problem once, but it ruined my game and I hope it doesn't happen to others. Thank you, Dynawesome

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? HVV Luke Hoth Skin Tatooine press a to switch then press a again to reselect Luke.
What happens when the bug occurs? Switches random heroes every time player dies.
What do you expect to see? Select and play Luke Skywalker normally.
