Star Wars: Battlefront II Won't Open

Question

I used to play Battlefront II a lot, but when the game started dying down, I quit. Recently I've wanted to get back into it, but for some reason it refuses to open. I keep getting told that I'm unable to connect to EA servers to activate STAR WARS Battlefront II on my computer using my account, and to try again later. I've tried launching it multiple times on multiple different days, as well as deleting the game AND the launch and redownloading everything, but nothing seems to work.

Sorry to break it to you but the game is broken and EA will still happily take your money if you dont own the game, and, regardless, deliver you a game that might work for a day or two.

Try getting in touch with Customer Support: another user experiencing something somewhat similar had gone long enough not having played an EA game that their account had been flagged 'disabled'. They were still able to access the account, but the flag was preventing the account from connecting to EA's servers. Could be worth a shot!
