Bug with milestone not updating; also with screen glitches post-patch

Summarize your bug As with it seems almost everyone else, the "Tremendous Service" milestone is bugged. It did not register the 500 kills milestone once completed and now despite 21/26 it is stuck at 20/26 hence making the milestone impossible to complete. I'm not the first to speculate that this is not a mistake, given its statistically immense reward compared to all other milestones, but please get this fixed for myself and all the others it's broken for. Whilst i'm here, I am still suffering glitches since the disastrous patch a couple of days ago, one of the most annoying of which is every time a menu screen appears (after a death, options screens, etc) the screen flickers to black and back again; only happened since the game-crashing patch and again, not the only one suffering this so probably correlated.
