Bugs both in game and main menu

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug My console itself and my other games have sound except for battlefront 2. Also the character, class, hero, and even star cards icon are missing from the collections tab in the main menu.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? LivingT0MBST0NE
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 02/04/2020
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8:30 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Examine my file that I provide and try to eliminate the issue so it doesn’t happen again
What happens when the bug occurs? No sound and missing icons
What do you expect to see? Sound and icons brought back
Please select your region North America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

This happened very recently and I would restart my game and even turn off my console but nothing would solve the issue.

    The missing icons on the character collection screen is happening to me too since the latest patch (Xbox) but not to this extent. Usually, it's BB-8's and BB-9E's portraits whom are sometimes missing from that screen.

    Flicking to another tab and back sometimes fixes it. Sometimes I lose another character's portrait entirely. Rinse and repeat.

    Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 🙂 

    How to power cycle: 

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.

    @EA_Atic Hi there,

    I've power cycled the console as instructed and I'm afraid the results are the same, even with today's Age of Rebellion update. No matter what I do, a minimum of two thumbnails are always blank and this is seemingly randomised.

    Summarize your bug Ever since the BB-8/BB-9E update, I found that I am randomly missing two character collection icons, it changes to different missing icons each time the game reloads. (See attached image for further details.)

    Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? Early February 2020
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
    In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
    What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use an Xbox One and go to the character collection screen.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Two character icons go randomly missing.
    What do you expect to see?
    Please select your region North America
    AMD or Nvidia Model Number
