Mine is glitched as well. Very frustrating.
I am still having the same issue and I thought the last patch was suppose to fix it. I completed finding all the scavenger items for both the Cleaner and Battle of Endor missions for the campaign and it is still showing on both of them that I am missing one. I currently don;t have a screenshot but when I last logged in on 3/12/18 at about 7:30 PM PST it is still reflecting as I haven't completed. These are the only two glitched and keeping me from getting 100% completion on the Campaign under Career. Frustrating!!!!
