Can’t download Star Wars Battlefront 2 on PS5

I recently purchased Star Wars Battlefront two on the PS store, but I cannot download the game to my PS5. The game shows as installed but the game has not been installed. I did own the game before as a physical disc but sold it awhile back. I deleted all the old data from the game that I could find but that didn’t sold the problem.

Try clearing your cache. If that doesn't work, you should contact Playstation support, so they can address your account issue.

Thank you for the suggestion. Sadly clearing the cache did not correct the issue. I contacted PlayStation and they don’t seem to understand the issue I’m having. Will try to contact EA to see if they know what is going on.
