Can I play the same account on XBox and PC?

So I have the Deluxe version on XBOX. I'd like to buy the game for PC also. Can I play the same account on both, not at the same time? I don't want to have to redo all the work I have done on Xbox...

Yeah, you can play the game using the same EA Account, but unfortunately all progress from Xbox won't be transferred to PC. It means when you buy the game on PC/Origin, you will start with zero.
