can i use my ea orgin account with my xbox edition on pc

so i have an account on my pc that is from when i bought the game with ea orgin and now i also bought the game on pc with xbox and was wondering if i could transfer my account progress. i also wanna get the new xbox consle so i wanna be able to play with my old account
