There are multiple threads running on this 721 error and as yet it isn't solved.
Sometimes I can start up first time without a problem ...then at other times its a matter of multiple clicks on the connect "button" until it eventually runs. At worst my "record" has been 27 attempts before connecting.
Running as Admin sadly doesn't work for me (and many others). I wish it did as this is a real pain. I believe EA is still investigating but we have no info as yet.
Same for me. I don't remember when this issues began. I think this was 2 or 3 months ago... around March 2021. Both issues arised togheter.
CONNECTIVITY ISSUES
In my situation the game starts disconnected. I have to press connect and sometimes I do it 2, 3 or 4 times until it connects.
This has nothing to do with administrator rights.
This seems to have nothing to do with router configuration or my personal connectivity. I've tried so many changes and different setups and none changed anything. Changed router configuration, port forwarding, dmz, firewall, everything I could test.
RANDOM NETWORK INESTABILITY
Also... the game randomly starts to decrease connection quality and I cannot move my character or use abilities. When this freezes happen they last 3 or 4 seconds... goes back to normal... then freezes again several times in an hour.
I have the feeling that EA introduced a bug to the server infraestructure not so long ago. 2 to 4 Months ago.
- 4 years ago@Heroselohim I have opened all the ports specified on this link and also a DMZ of my IP. The problem of error 721 persists.
