Cannot connect to EA servers to activate Star Wars Battlefront 2
I cannot launch either Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2. Whenever I launch BF1 it gives me Invalid license Error (see image). Whenever I launch BF2 it gives me Activation error (see image). This happen for me after EA Desktop Updated. I also notice a 500 error in my library background which may or maynot be assiocated. (see image).
Here is what I have done so far.
-Clear EA caches both Manually (by deleting files on C-Drive) and through EA desktop
-Clear DNS caches
-Updated Windows & checked drives
-Closed my Firewall & Security Programs
-Restart my computer
All I know I was perfectly able to play BF 1 & 2 back in Febuary, after a break, I somehow cannot play them.
Either you are experiencing temporary server issues, which generally would clear up in a day or two, or your account needs to be cleaned up, which would require you to contact EA support directly.
