I cannot enter Alpha game key. Not in ea page or in Origin
In oroigin i have jus black bar with "origin" . minimize and close
on web page Operation unsuccessful, try agiain later

We had an outage earlier where game keys could not be redeemed in Origin. This since been fixed.

Same thing on the Origin client. If I try on the website, it says operation failed

Please try to clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/ and reboot your PC. Then, try to activate your Product code.
If that doesn't work, try to clear your browser cache and activate a code via Customer Portal https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/redemption/index

Hi,
I still can't redeem codes on the client or on-line.
The redeem window doesn't even show up on-line.
Tried contacting support but still haven't heard from them.
Just about ready to give up and say **** it!
