Cannot play after installing Canopy

im having an issue with star wars Battlefront 2

After downloading and installing Canopy(a web and device content filter that blocks ads and bad content ect. as im 16)
the game will no longer connect to EA servers(and before, it took a few tries to connect) it wont connect at all now unless we turn off the filter.
we have alowed all the websites related to it and all the apps related to it, it still wont connect.
ive updated my drivers searched for weeks on end to find a solution but no progress.
untill my brother(who did all the same things) was able to connect without the filter turned off!
but ive copied his alowed list and updated to same drivers and mine still wont work.
pls help me as ive been at this for weeks to months now and no solutions!
the odd thing to add to my brothers one working is that every other game ive got works exept for battlefront 2, even battlefront 1 so im realy lost.

also before yall say i just need to turn it off before i play, turning the filter off requires my dad to turn it off on his device and hes usualy busy so i need to be able to play with it on.
