I've had the same problem all week. Two completed milestones grayed out and unable to claim. I heard they released a patch yesterday to fix it but it obviously didn't work at all. Lots of people still have an issue. The incompetence being displayed here is staggering.

It’s dreadful, their PR department is shockingly incompetent!! I think they’ve got a game breaking issue in the cards here!!

This is unacceptable people play this game all the time just so we can’t collect our rewards that we have earned this is something else they better have this fixed by Friday

I had the same exact problem begin at the same exact date.&nbsp; I tried troubleshooting with EA and it seems that it affect some but not all players.&nbsp; Some are able to fix it and others like me just have to wait until they patch the game.&nbsp; I play this game like mad and I just have to live with what I have at the moment.&nbsp; At least I've gotten enough weapons upgrades to make the game passable, but I'm basically not able to play Specialist because there isn't an incentive right now.&nbsp;&nbsp;
