Can't collect my awards...along with thousands of other people

I had the same exact problem begin at the same exact date.  I tried troubleshooting with EA and it seems that it affect some but not all players.  Some are able to fix it and others like me just have to wait until they patch the game.  I play this game like mad and I just have to live with what I have at the moment.  At least I've gotten enough weapons upgrades to make the game passable, but I'm basically not able to play Specialist because there isn't an incentive right now.
