CANT DOWNLOAD THE GAME

Cant download the game

I got the game when epic gave it for free.Tried to download it 3-4 days ago couldnt download it.When i press download in epic it sends me to origins when i try to download thru origins it sends me to steam saying “updating ticket” so i uninstalled steam but still cant download it,now nothing happens when i press download in origins. Please help me
