Can't find games online. Just loads an empty lobby with just me.

Im from spain and i allways have that problem.. i cant connect to any lobby.. its unacceptable. allways connecting to emirates,hong kong or australia regions.. with 200 latency.. is a * disaster that 9 months later we still whith these problem.. i want a reimburse
- the problem is that im in love with the game.. DICE!! PLZ HELP!!!! i opened all the ports and same issue
