I was just able to launch the game through Steam.
The problem seems to be fixed now. I can also see all versions of the game in my Origin Client.

At first I went into the Epic Store to claim the next free game, and then I noticed that SWBFII in Epic Games Launcher was greyed out.
After that I checked my SWBFII files in Steam for integrity, and launched it. After that it worked.

  THEY FIXED IT NOW!! EA FIXED IT! Launching from steam works!

    Works for me too. With the new version of the origin launcher 🙂
