Cant set voice lines and rearrange them

Summarize your bug Hi. Basicly i unlocked some more voice lines such as the one like Darth Maul "Kenobi" Obi wan Kenobi "Maul" So i wanted to set them unfortunately when i set my emotes and reorganise my emotes they show in the collections menu as changed but in HandV they have not changed and stay as my old set up and don't even add the new ones into the emote wheel. so i cant use the new emotes.

What is your time zone? BST - GMT + 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just set emotes on characters and see if t hey are the same in Heroes and Villains
