Leveling up units and earning skill points is the only thing which does seem to work, nothing else does. It appears that anything which would be awarded through a crate is broken. The list of earned rewards which shows on the main screen is several pages long now and goes by so quick I can’t read all of them. I can film it if it would help. I’m fairly certain weapons and enchantments are stuck also as it’s inconceivable my level 120 officer has not hit the requirements for every weapon.
Im having the same issue. I completed the campain a few days ago and as a resault I have earned a few rewards some were credits and 3 were crates. Now every time I go to the main menu I get the cannot recieve rewards error. @EA_Atic

Same here and i cant unlock anything and i dont get points after matches.
Im getting this error, but all my stuff seems to be unlocking. I got all my event stuff, I got all my rewards. This notification just pops up when I got through my Collection tab like 3 times in a row, then anytime I select something in there and its rather annoying. I just want the thing to stop popping up in my face
