What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t get any rewards, notification spamms the screen 3 times in a row

This Error code: 2495 is really driving me crazy, please have code stopped.
My SWBF2 (2017) account can no longer unlock anything. Nothing apperantly unlocks. I have a continuous popup error code Error code 2495 every time I open the game, finish a match, or go to the home screen. This notification just pops up even when I got through my Collection tab like 3 times in a row, then anytime I select something in there and its rather annoying. I just want the thing to stop popping up in my face
It tells me I can't get rewards for events and challanges that I completed, I'm not getting emotes, weapons (or atachments it’s inconceivable my charakters have not hit the requirements for every weapon that they should), or enhancements. The only thing which does still work is skill points, leveling up units and earning skill points and again this is the only thing which does seem to work, nothing else does. It appears that anything which would be awarded through a crate is broken. I also haven't seen a crate in months and I read somewhere that you still should get them not ust the few ones u got from the beta.
To be specific the pop up error message says "Sorry, we couldn't grant your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code: 2,495" as far as I know and read many other have the same issue, infact I believe all have it and it ain't fixed since months
I also completed the campain a few months ago and as a resault I have earned a few rewards some were credits and some were crates. For those I get the same error can not be recieved.
