Hey @muhammedmi3
Is there any error message showing up when you're trying to play those modes? Have you tried any connectivity troubleshooting steps on your console so far?

This should fix it for you. We're not experiencing any disruptions to online servers for this game right now.
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
Didn’t work at all

Are you able to load into a game if you change the server ping site one spot to the left or right? It's located under Settings when you are at the main menu for the game.
Yes I am able to change the ping site left to right and the game still loads
