Character spinning uncontrollably on start up (fixes don't seem to work)
After 3 days of trying to install SWB3 I am now able to actually load the game. However whatever character, vehicle or scenario I load , it starts with the character spinning uncontrollably clockwise whilst looking straight down. Vehicles do exactly the same. EA support gave the usual blanket advice of reinstall, turn off firewall and do a clean boot which had no effect. Having read through the forum I've made sure that sticky keys are deactivated but nothing seems to cure it.
I'm running on a Pc with W7 (64bit)
Other than that how do I get me money back off EA ???

To be clear, is this about Battlefront (2015) or Battlefront 2 (2017)? You posted in the SWBF2 forum, but you called it SWB3, which could refer to 2015 game.
Make sure you have no peripherals attached that could be interpreted as game controllers. It could be the game is reading an input for pressing right. If that's not the issue, consider posting a dxdiag report.
For refunds, go to https://help.ea.com/en/refund. You're eligible for a refund if you have the digital release and if you request it within 24 hours of first launching or 7 days after buying (whichever comes first). If the eligibility window has passed, you can still contact EA and request a refund if you can't play due to technical issues.
