I can play online with no issues. My son’s account (child account) can not play online at all. Please assist.
His account has all age restrictions removed.

Just to re-state & clarify. All other games he can play online with just not EA games. SE Battlefront 2, Mirrors Edge 2)

DICE Team@PhillyJediI have had the same problem for a long time. Xbox customer Services blaming EA and EE customer services blaming Xbox I’ve spent many hours trying to get this sorted and nobody is taking responsibility. If you had any luck?
