Classes have no unlocks yet classes are high level

I downloaded battlefront 2 last night and when I logged into a game, all my classes had 0 unlocks. I loaded into an assault class and that is when I found out I didn't have any unlocks. When I left the game and looked at my classes in the main menu, I saw that the three other classes had kept their level, ie: specialist was still lvl 88. When I go into the classes to change weapons or star cards, there is nothing unlocked which doesn't make sense because I unlocked all of the star cards and weapons; and the class says its high enough level. The assault class got reset to level 1 with no unlocks so I haven't played the game or spawned in as any other classes because I don't want them all to be reset.
