Cloud sync error

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II

What is your issue related to? In-Game Store & Crates
Summarize your bug Today I'd like to play on my laptop, so I closed the game on computer, and tried to start the game on the laptop. It said "Your latest cloud storage data may not be available.". I tried to switch back to my computer, and on that it says the same. So I can't play with my cloud save on any devices. I tried clear cache, clean boot, overwrite cloud saves with local data, run as administrator, try to update/repair the game and I still have the problem. Is my save game lost? Or there's any solution?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Campaign

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Starting the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't cloud sync
What do you expect to see? I'd like to get a solution for my problem and get back my cloud saves.

I don't know what to do with my cloud saves.

    @JayRoweZen try moving the document folder to desk top and then start the game up and see if you get the same error.

  • This exact BUG has happened to me yesterday as well. But I don't play the campaign anymore, and I believe my progress in the MP part was saved, I'll check it later and share the result here.

  • I uninstalled and now reinstalled the game, and I STILL have the problem. I'm really sad... What should I do?

    I went back to the game and all my MP progress was saved. So it seems to be a single player issue only I guess.

    Is it still happening to you @Imcsi1206 ? It stopped happening to me

    Yes, but not always. I talked with some advisors on the help page about it. They said it's a known issue and the team try to fix this problem

  • Did this get resolved for anyone? I am still experiencing this cloud sync error 100% of the time.
