Cloud sync error

Summarize your bug Today I'd like to play on my laptop, so I closed the game on computer, and tried to start the game on the laptop. It said "Your latest cloud storage data may not be available.". I tried to switch back to my computer, and on that it says the same. So I can't play with my cloud save on any devices. I tried clear cache, clean boot, overwrite cloud saves with local data, run as administrator, try to update/repair the game and I still have the problem. Is my save game lost? Or there's any solution?

- @JayRoweZen try moving the document folder to desk top and then start the game up and see if you get the same error.
