DICE TeamHey, @chuntery Cloud sync on origin don't save your in-game progression for multiplayer, (credit, points, levels on everything) that part is saved on our back-end servers.
What is saved on Origin Cloud sync is, settings, single player and arcade progress aka save files.
What you can do is clear Origin cache, to start with if this is happening all the time.
