Connecting Playstation sub account to Battlefront2

HI all, I am trying to help my son play battlefront2 on a playstation 4. He has a sub account and cannot get to multiplayer with his new game.

Any suggestions on how to get around this? We think it is because he is not connected to his new EA account....

    I've raised a support call for this - same problem here. I'll let you know what happens. It's effecting FIFA18 too

    It was the fact that it was a PSN sub-account. I upgraded it to a master (normal) account and it  worked fine.
