Daily login crate not working properly

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? In-Game Store & Crates
Summarize your bug I do not receive my daily login crate unless I turn off my game and reload it.Then for some reason it works.Also the new patch which rolled out today patch 1.07 Still hasn't fixed this issue,As I loaded the game up earlier today 19-02-18 after installing new patch and it happened again! PLEASE FIX

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By loading the game up,it will show that there is 1 unopened daily login crate but when I go to open it it disappears until I turn the game off and load it up again,or by playing a quick game then returning to the main menu then it re-appears and I can open it?
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn't give my daily login crate
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to open my daily login crate without turning off the game and loading it up again!

I see this in the morning when I first login to my Xbox One. It will initially show the crate, then it says connection to the servers lost and the crate goes away. I have to reconnect and it shows the crate again. Don't have to turn off/on the console like you do but maybe it has to do with your server connection? If you are experiencing this after a long period of inactivity, try re-setting your server connection instead of turning off/on the console?

Thanks m8,I'll give that a try.I haven't tried disconnecting from server and re-connecting,how do I do that on ps4 though?

To get my daily crate on PC, I usually have to launch the game, exit, and then launch it again. It's pretty annoying.

Same issue here on PS4. I just go to Network and uncheck connect to internet and then re check it and then go back to the game and once it reconnects the daily crate shows up finally lol

I play on PC but it's enough to play a game and quit from that, then I see my daily crate.

I see the issue as well.
I usually launch an arcade mode with 1 life and die (+100 Credits), go back to menu and I have the crate available.

I get this too, playing on PC. I go to the crates screen, exit the game and reload and then it appears, so it's a minor inconvenience, but still a waste of time.

Today this happened to me too on XOne. I'm not sure that closing the game then launching it again or reconnecting the network is a "solution", though; this issue still needs to be looked upon by the devs.

same here for me. can't believe that updates make the game worse. the workaround works for me too, but i don't accept workarounds as solutions -haha
