Daily Loot Crate Not Working

What is your issue related to? In-Game Store & Crates
Summarize your bug I haven't received a Daily Crate since Sunday and I logged in several times each on Monday and Tuesday (today). So that's 2 so far. Not sure if this is impacting other players. Thanks!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11/21/17
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10PM ET
In what game mode did the bug occur? Campaign
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30

    While I agree that launching the game, closing and restarting does kick the daily crate into action, it's a workaround.

    It's a "workaround" that's not needed on the XB1 version, only PC.

    Can we stop calling this a workaround? It's a bug.

    Bugs shouldn't need a constant workaround, they need to be fixed.

    Come on EA, sort it out. I've had the game since release and it's still not fixed.

    No daily crate for me today as well.
    (And no credits for duplicats. And unclaimable challenge rewards. Whatcha guys doing to this game?)

    "workaround" is used to describe a way of "working" "around" an issue/bug.  So, we'll still call it a workaround - just needs to be fixed, as you suggest.

    You might notice that EA said you can also play a match (even in arcade), after which it will be available.  I've confirmed this works as well.
