Darth Maul lightsaber throw not doing damage

For every "fix" they claim, they introduce 73 new bugs. This is what you get when you don't have a QA department.

It is known issue, but since I saw this topic again here, I said to myself I would mention it... Playing HVV, I have noticed that sometimes, even basic attack does no damage, and it is NOT while target is avoiding with roll or avoid in general. This happens very rarely, below 10 % of the time.

I just tried this my self in HvsV and it was working.

Just happened for me again - 0 damage throwing against a heavy trooper.

Maul's light saber throw definitely not working as consistently as vader's.

I was testing it out in custom arcade on Bespin.

I'm pretty sure it's happening in HVV as well.

I'll snag some video next time I play HVV.

What I've attached may be related to the issue.

Note in the video how the target of Maul's saber throw is right on Leia, yet the saber goes to the right.

I've commented on this issue in multiple posts and am shocked people have not screamed at the top of their lungs, as it impacts troopers as well. 

Look for posts on cross hair lag, reticle lag, etc.  You'll see a comment from me with a picture of Han's blaster firing to the right as well.

I'm just shocked this hasn't been identified and fixed, as it impacts gameplay for all modes and I'm guessing all characters.

Can you please make sure the dev team is aware of this?
