Disabled Account when Linking PS5

It's mind boggling you guys expect veteran players to remember old email to access the game what a terrible decision so I gotta get a new Playstation account just to play to EA games really not worth the trouble 

Is there a way they could just unlink all my accounts, because i didn’t even know i had an account linked to ea, because i’ve never even played online for any ea game i’ve purchased 

Can you log in using your EA Account? If you have a new EA account with the same email address as this now disabled one, you could try changing the primary email there to a different one, then reset the password again using the old email address.

If nothing works, you can try checking in with the support team. Our advisors will do their best to help you and will take a closer look at the accounts.

I’ve reset my password and it brought me to the same screen when i try to link my ps5 account and it looks like this

Sometimes the EA account credentials expire; resetting the EA account's password should eliminate this error for you.

If you have registered a new EA account with the same email address, you would need to change the primary email on the latest EA account to reactivate the linked EA account correctly.

If you don't have access to the email address used to register the EA account at all, you will need to contact our customer support team directly to have a closer look. We can't do that here on EA Forums.
