They will close a ticket if you didn't respond. I know the wait times are high right now so it's understandable you may miss it. The best I can suggest is to make sure you're there to respond.
Sadly not even official customer support seems willing to help on this issue. They just keep closing our tickets. 100s of us are just locked out of using our PS and XB to play any of our EA games. Makes my decision to buy bf6 a lot easier .
how do i do that? I know im not the only person who has had this issue
The only way to get in touch with an advisor is to open a case as I mentioned previously.
Is there a direct way to contact? I should not have to jump through so many hoops to get a simple solution. I need to be able to access my games online
