We know that it's still an on-going problem, but unfortunately we have no ETA for the fix yet 😳

@EA_Ataashi- I know the issue of the unavailability of the daily crate has been going on for a long time and that the best workaround is to start a game mode then come back to the home screen but it is still happening most of the time after nearly 12 months, so I decided to bring it up again and include a video.
