Great.
Happened again today - when I open the daily crate. Got a Luke Skywalker duplicate - no credits added though.
Shame - I'm now it two mind as to spend the credit I'm sitting on (for the crafting parts) or just sit and wait.
Or maybe it's time to play something else until this is fixed.

In the meantime I sitting on an ever growing amount of credits.
Bought 2 Hero Crates, 6 duplicates, 0 CREDITS!
I really don't want to offend anyone, I know that your job and the job of people fixing the bugs is hard.
But after two weeks, you must have gathered any kind of information?
Is it a server sided problem? Is it client based? What causes the bug, is there a way to avoid it?If we open crates now, are the "lost" credits still tracked? Are they lost forever?
You must have answers to at least some of those questions and I call those substential. I play this game with two friends, one of them has the same problem. That makes two out of three players - Im not saying that 60% of the player base have this issue, but its propably a lot. And right now Im at a point where I don't even want to play anymore, since I just see myself lose 800 Credits (minimum) in every hero crate and opening the crates is the only progression I have left to do.

I got my daily crate today - had a duplicate in it, But ! - I GOT the credits for this.
So I thought - great, open a hero crate - 4 duplicates (!) and some spare parts.
DIDN'T get the credits AGAIN!
Tried also - outta frustration - opening a Trooper crate (I know, I know) - all except one was a duplicate still NO credits given,
The other things is I don't have like, every starcard unlocked - far from it - so why are there soooo many duplicates given?
Still please fix this @EA_David!
The games a super grind anyway, but now it's a mammoth one.

Thank you for this info Rottingface. I'll check your logs, they should prove quite illustrative. Do you happen to know what the daily crate duplicate was?
This has been a constant source of irritation for me while I play on XBox One. My GamerTag is MeltdownMessiah.
I submitted a bug report about this problem as well.I hate to sound like a broken record at the expense of my own sanity, but the problem still exists. I went in today and tested it again, and no credit for the duplicates. I play only this game, I don't play something else while this error exists. I go in and get my daily crate and look at the 60K in saved up credits and I think about the over 80-100K (25-50k in lost credits?) I spent that didn't give me credit for the duplicates. I wonder if I will get credit for those crates? I do trust that EA is hearing us, I do trust they are working on it. I just want them to know each day is scaring my future usage of this game. I didn't play on Xbox One until Star Wars Battlefront I came out, the system was in use with my son. I ended up buying myself a Xbox One just to play that game and then when SWB2 came out that game. I have played pretty much every day since... that is all I have played! GOD SPEED EA, please fix this soon.

I am almost wanting to make another video but I fear I am going to lose even more credits because of this issue.

- I think a full game refund in cash and the replacement of missing credits is in order , your game rocks but that doesn't mean a thing with this issue, I made a friend in game who has had the game less than 3 weeks and all he gets is duplicates this is so stupid. I'm humbly grumbling and seriously going to ask again that you stop dodging our attempts at communicating and reciprocate with honesty what is happening why are only certain players affected how many other platforms are experiencing this again why such a delay in fixing this we are your customers we are players of all games.... yours could all be in a landfill like Atari E.T. just from this whole thing end rant ..respectfully monk

I've stopped buying crates completely and have largely stopped playing the game because of the lag issue and my player settings being changed in the game and being tele-ported all over the place. I can't even get to the point of duplicate crates and credits.
- I don't know if I would expect or even ask for a full refund. I still play regardless of the broken progression system and I think that right there is very likely the reason why EA is so remiss in their efforts to fix anything.
In the wake of all the outrage and uproar surrounding this game, one might expect to find ghost town servers when playing online, but the very opposite is true: I rarely have to wait longer than 20 seconds when the game is looking for an online match, and every match I join is either full from the very beginning or it fills up within 2-3 minutes.
If I go to a restaurant and complain about the food I was served, how likely is it that the chef is going to fix my meal if I don't stop stuffing my face with it?Just hit level 50, Max rank. I have not received 1 credit for duplicates the whole entire time it took to reach max rank !
Players half my level have more epic star cards !
I even purchased the more expensive pre order and this glitch has wizzed me off since day 1 of 3 days early access !
On the subject of balance why can the CR-2 assault weapon not beat the officer Blurg pistol or Heavy DC15 with exploding shot 1 on 1 at close quarters ?
Heavy and officer classes seem to play better assault style gameplay than the actual assault class.
