It seems like we all agree: this issue won't get fixed unless it's publicized to the point where EA's corporate reputation is at stake.
Does anyone here have a connection to a tech or gaming blog? If so, please pass on this email: [edit: email address removed]. (or if it's easier, PM me with their contact info)
I have extensive experience with bug management and customer support. I feel confident that I could sufficiently explain this issue in a way that would highlight 😇 it's importance to the user base, and (b) the lack of responsiveness we've seen from EA.
We may not hit the front page, but at this point I'm thinking that anything would help. What we're doing now certainly isn't making a difference.

I think this has got something to do with a mix up with your level as it appears on your character screen (collection tab) and then when it appears on pre-game screen (where you wait for you squad).
In the Collection tab my officer is level 28, in the pre game start tab (where you wait for squad mates) he's level 33....
- Anonymous8 years agoI dunno guys. Do you all feel like you're at the end of your rope like I feel? I've pretty much stopped playing the game because of this issue. We simply cannot progress. I dunno about you guys, but I used to play it pretty hardcore before.

Yes, excalty this. Only logging in for the daily crate and maybe doing the TLJ challenges.
This bug is completely gamebreaking and just sad that they dont fix it :/
Even though I stopped playing almost a week ago, I already have 300+ hours, so yes, I played it "hardcore"^^

I am probablly about the same. I've played religiously since launch. Now I haven't really played it in around a couple weeks. I only log on for daily crates and maybe the challenges now, as I'm sure this is the case for many of us.
Does EA as a Company really care this little about their reputaion and their customers? Do they really think gamers are this elastic? If this business model persists, I will no longer purchase EA products.
Shame on you EA. We Gamers and especially us Star Wars fans can be extremely loyal if you treat us well. Too bad you pooped the bed on this one.
- 8 years agoThis is annoying, but not really a huge issue for me. I play the game to have fun and experience the wars, not to collect cards and check boxes off a list. Personally, I would still be playing a lot of this game if they removed all "progression" systems entirely and just gave everyone the same equipment. But that's just me.
- 8 years agoprimeiramente queria parabenizar pelo novo modo carga a jato, excelente o jogo, gostei muito e garanto que se voces manterem o modo vão vender mais jogos ainda, porem minhas duplicatas continuam não estornando o crédito para eu. E com isso não posso comprar mais caixas!
