It sounds like you bought the game from Epic, so you're installing from Epic, correct?

Which company's "live support" are you referring to? Epic? EA?

BTW - You are posting in an English forum, so if you post screenshots from another language, you need to provide a translation. Alternately, you can post in the native language's forum.

The error message is: "Something went wrong... To continue linking your EA account, go back and start over"
So, I contacted the ea support, that said he could not help me and that i should make this discussion.

It is rather strange that EA support couldn't help you with an account issue, as that is the solution you will find most of the time when searching for your issue in this forum.

There are other posts on EA Forums like this one. Try searching for your issue across EA Forums - i.e. search from the EA Forums banner at the top.

Hey M1kareal have you previously linked your accounts and played EA games through Epic?

Do you have EA Play through Epic, now or in the past?

When our live support team advised you to post to EA forums did they ask you to post a bug report?
