I dunno guys. Do you all feel like you're at the end of your rope like I feel? I've pretty much stopped playing the game because of this issue. We simply cannot progress. I dunno about you guys, but I used to play it pretty hardcore before.
Yes, excalty this. Only logging in for the daily crate and maybe doing the TLJ challenges.
This bug is completely gamebreaking and just sad that they dont fix it :/
Even though I stopped playing almost a week ago, I already have 300+ hours, so yes, I played it "hardcore"^^

I am probablly about the same. I've played religiously since launch. Now I haven't really played it in around a couple weeks. I only log on for daily crates and maybe the challenges now, as I'm sure this is the case for many of us.
Does EA as a Company really care this little about their reputaion and their customers? Do they really think gamers are this elastic? If this business model persists, I will no longer purchase EA products.
Shame on you EA. We Gamers and especially us Star Wars fans can be extremely loyal if you treat us well. Too bad you pooped the bed on this one.In my opinion EA honestly does not care about the little things such as fixing problems ""unless"" its an amazing uproar on reddit !
As I have posted earlier about cheaters, even with daily reports to EA about said cheaters, THEY still are playing.
And no matter how many crates I open, it still will not credit me for duplicates. I have at least over 100K CREDITS owed at this point. And proof from screenshots of over 68K CREDITS since the Last Jedi Challenge.
I am at the point of requesting my financial institution PNC Bank for a chargeback for a broken game that Gamestop will not allow returned. Perhaps if hundreds of people playing this game did the same, EA might pay attention then.Still not receiving credits for duplicates in loot boxes.
- Same here, log in get my crate (also to see if it’s fixed), get my 1500 in arcade and do any challenges. That’s all I’ve been doing since the 48,000 that was stole from me. Still back up to 40k in credits. I just can’t understand why/how this is not corrected yet. Sad
The thing that's most frustrating about all this is IT'S A MENU!
40 players around the globe interacting at once plus nice graphics and simulated physics in real-time? Got it. Click a button and modify totals on my account? Nope, can't seem to trace that bug at all for some reason.
Look, it's a sad truth of all software: NO ONE PLAYS YOUR GAME FOR YOUR MENUS!
It takes 2 minutes to load back to a menu screen of overly-fancy 3D renders and for what? To get nothing from being there because the function didn't work before it was prettied up!
I've now got 4 weeks of Daily crates saved up, at least a week of bugged ones opened before that to see what was happening and get some video for @EA_David, plus all my event crates saved up, and I'm not crafting or buying anything if it's going to end up in those crates so... five-plus weeks of no progress.
What does it take to fix this??
