Having the same issue on a PS4 slim...
I believe this is from day one but only came to my attention as I looked closer and stumbled upon this thread googling for other having the same issue.

I'm just gonna stop buying crates till this is fixed.
It's just not worth it anymore, i'll open the daily's but that's it.
I gave up trying to keep track of the amount i've lost.
I never cared about the "loot crate controversy" i just wanted the game to work.
Just fix the Duplicate Card Problem and give us decent compensation for what were losing or lost.
Were just a bunch of gamers trying to have fun in the Star Wars universe and we don't mind paying top dollar for a good game...cut us a break man!
