I am still having this issue. I'm now at 50 crates sitting that i can't open so i don't lose the credits and i have over 300,000 credits and im on xbox one and digital copy.
I just started having this problem this weekend. The past 3 crates that I have purchased and opened didn't give me credits for duplicates. I did get the 50 credits though that was in one my crates. I am on a PS4
