Summarize your bug This "bug" has been something I have been experiencing since getting the game. The issue happens whenever I go to the menu screen. This can be at login, when exiting a game, when opening a crate, etc. I receive several of the same messages across my screen (see attached images) with the message "REWARDS UNLOCKED "I GIVE UP EMOTE." This message shows up 7-8 times with a random another item such as "REWARDS UNLOCKED 500 CREDITS" Followed quickly by an error message that says; "Sorry, we couldn't grant your reward Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code: 2,495" This message happens each time I enter the menu screen as well as when I open any crate. I have got this message since launch and I have notified EA several times about it, unfortunately, it's falling on deaf ears. Also, it asks below about what game mode this happens it. This isn't specific to a game mode, it happens ALL THE TIME in the menu. NOW it's getting worse, each time I open items that are "duplicates" I used to get credits from 200-800 depending on the rarity. For the last couple days, each and every duplicate shows a message saying "duplicate credit 200" or other amounts, but these credits are not put into my account. I am frustrated by the fact that in 2 months no one has attempted to fix this issue, but even more frustrated by the fact that I have to work even HARDER than before to get credits to spend on crates that no longer give me credit for the duplicates. I feel like screaming, but I feel it won't do any good. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE someone at EA see this message and please look into this issue. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure how to recreate this bug, but from the posts, I have seen it's not just me experiencing the error. I believe it is happening because the first time I got the "I give up" emote it didn't register in my inventory and then every other time I got this emote in a crate it didn't register in my inventory again. When I get the message it shows up seven to eight times on the screen, so I would have to guess it is just compiling the error each time I get the emote again.
What happens when the bug occurs? The first thing that happens upon loading into the main menu is the redundant "REWARDS UNLOCKED "I GIVE UP EMOTE." message. It pops up seven to eight times, then is quickly followed by the full-screen message: "Sorry, we couldn't grant your reward Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code: 2,495" This can happen again if I open a crate in the main menu. So on a given day, I can see the message six to seven times and that might be understating the number of times since I play this game 6-8 hours per day.
What do you expect to see? Not the error, I expect to get the duplicate item credit I am not receiving. I guess I just expect someone to give a damn about this issue and me.

AMD or Nvidia Model Number I don't have this information, I guess it would be needed if the error was caused by the processor or the video card and that isn't the issues I am having.
This is the 20th time I have either posted to a page, called EA, emailed EA, or e-chatted with EA and I feel I am no closer to a resolution than I would be if I called up my mother and asked her for help on the error. PLEASE HELP ME.
There are at least six threads on Answers HQ that deal with this same error for Star Wars Battlefront 2. "Sorry, we couldn't grant your reward Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code: 2,495" This is followed by or follows several of the same messages across the screen (see attached images) "REWARDS UNLOCKED "I GIVE UP EMOTE." This message shows up seven to eight times. It seems to happen on all platforms, Windows 10 PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation. It seems to be an error that is in the CORE code of the game, because of it being across all platforms. I have contacted EA via phone, chat, email, and now Answers HQ and in each response, I get a response that sounds more like a buck pass then a solution. I do think that the more we post, email, chat and call EA about this issue it will get on somebodies desk that can either delegate the issue or fix it themselves. Please help me and yourself by posting to these posts, "like" the posts, reply to them and explain the error, how often you get it and anything else that might help them figure out how to fix this horrible issue we are all suffering through.

I created a video that not only shows the error, error code and duplicate item message, but I also show how I have not been credited for these duplicate items. Sad thing is, this has happened now for so long, that there is no way for me to correctly document what amount of credit is missing. I didn't think to do the excel spreadsheet like others did, so my hopes of being compensated for these credits look pretty slim. It is my hope this video is what the EA team need to start the fix on this long-standing error. If you see this message or others like it. Please give them a thumbs up by clicking the XP button, it's like the like button on Youtube and will help get this post noticed and this problem resolved. I hope everyone can get the help you need for the game, I still love this game and will continue to support it as long as EA does the same for us.
